Meet Reggie! Basset Hound
Introducing our next Bark Squad member: Reggie!
Reggie is a Basset Hound that has been coming to our daycare for a few years. He is a true lover with a loud voice! We always know when Reggie is coming in because we can hear his excitement before he’s even in the lobby or drive through! We are so excited to have Reggie as a part of our bark squad. He is here with us a few times a week and is definitely like family!
We asked Reggie’s parents to answer some of our questions about him that everyone can read below. We’re so glad to learn more about this sweet pup and very thankful that his parents continue to choose us to look after him. We hope to have Reggie around for many more years to come!
Q: Tell us Reggie’s story! Where was he born and what made you fall in love with him?
A: Reggie was born in New Port Richie, My son saw him on the internet, so we went and visited him and fell in love and vise versa!
Q: What breed is Reggie? What is your favorite thing about the breed?
A: Reggie is a Basset Hound, Our son looked into the breed. Our favorite thing is his love for car rides!
Q: How did you come up with his name?
A: At the time Reggie Bush was playing with the Miami Dolphins, he was one of the best on the team!
Q: What is Reggie’s favorite thing to do?
A: Going for “bye bye’s” in the car or breakfast/supper time!
Q: Is there a silly or funny story about Reggie that you would like to share?
A: When he was a pup his ears were so long that he would trip over them!
